Shipping and Returns
We regret that due to the nature of our products, we are only able to offer refunds on faulty goods. However should you be unhappy with a product and wish to exchange it, we are able to accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. P&P costs are non-refundable and the cost of sending the new item is the responsibility of you the customer.
Please note that we will not accept liability for loss of goods being returned so we recommend that the necessary insurance (Certificate of Posting or Recorded Delivery) be taken by you. A full refund/exchange will be given on faulty goods or where an incorrect item(s) has been sent to you.
Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, items missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Likewise goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited. Any claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of purchase.
We can not send parcels to PO BOX addresses at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
- We use DPD Secure to Ship All Items to the UK.
- Everything we send out is next day signed for (kindly note that during the COVID-19 pandemic there are no signatures required by courier services).
- If you have not received your order in 5 working days from the date of your dispatched email please contact us.
- PLEASE NOTE - incomplete information will result in a delay of processing your order, please ensure that you complete all fields with correct concise information.
- Your acceptance of our courier service also means you accept the terms of service as set out by the courier and therefore should any issues arise we are only able to guide and assist according to those terms.
- WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
- We ship all our items via ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL STANDARD non tracked service.
- This means that we are able to provide PROOF of postage but not a tracking number on request.
- Our shipping costs are based on weight & Size of products.
- The Nail Tech Network will not be held responsible if any duty or taxes applied by local country border control and customs, should those fees not paid by the intended recipient of the of the order and the consignment is refused/held or destroyed at customs. No refund will be offered.
- All orders are processed within 3-5 working days.
- Orders are shipped on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This is due to the fact I am a small business as well as a working mother and therefore am unable to do a daily post run at present.
